Enjoy both of Canada's oldest and largest national parks! Connected by the Icefields Parkway, Jasper and Banff National Parks are home to alpine glaciers, lakes and a variety of mountain wildlife. At the Columbia Icefield, experience the all-terrain Ice Explorer that travels onto the Athabasca Glacier.

Travel through the rolling foothills of Alberta to the Rocky Mountains and onto the famous Icefields Parkway - the most spectacular journey in the world. A photographer's dream excursion, we stop at all the major viewpoints along the way. Join us as we visit Lake Louise, the icon of the Canadian Rockies where the stunning emerald green waters flow from the Victoria Glacier. Learn about the Crowfoot Glacier and view the magnificant Peyto Lake. During a visit to the Columbia Icefield Centre, enjoy the Glacier Gallery, restaurants, gift shop and a guided Ice Explorer Excursion onto the ancient ice of the Athabasca Glacier. Continue your excursion with a stop at Athabasca Falls and then it's on to the quaint resort town of Jasper.

This excursion is one way only and does not return to Calgary.

Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

Ice Explorer

Ice Explorer Ride (Snocoach) is included in the fare.

Please Note: When the Columbia Icefield Ice Explorer Ride (Snocoach) is not operating due to seasonal factors, this excursion may be reduced by approximately 1 1/2 hours.

Columbia Icefield Snocoach operates weather permitting.

It is strongly recommended that passengers reserve and purchase their tickets at least two days prior to departure to secure space.

Tour includes free Calgary hotel pick-up and drop-off at the listed hotels. Child rates apply to children ages 6 to 15; under 6 may ride free in an adult's lap. Rates are per person in US dollars. Please reserve online, or call us toll-free at 800-719-2186.
