Upon your return trip to Calgary, this excursion allows free time in the resort town of Banff.

Travel the most spectacular journey in the world on the Icefields Parkway to the Columbia Icefield. On a guided tour learn about the area's unique ecosystem and the creation of this important glacial system. Visit the Glacier Gallery, restaurants and gift shop of the Icefields Centre. Breathe the fresh mountain air at the scenic natural viewpoints of Lake Louise, Victoria Glacier, Crowfoot Glacier, and Peyto Lake. On this round trip, experience a unique ride on an all-terrain Ice Explorer that traverses the ancient ice of the Athabasca Glacier.

This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order.
There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges.

Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

On the return trip, a stop is made for dinner in Banff (dinner not included in tour price). Your tour concludes upon arrival back in Calgary at approximately 9:00 pm.

The Columbia Icefield, located in Jasper National Park, presents an awesome sight when first viewed from the Icefields Parkway. It is one of the largest accumulations of ice south of the Arctic Circle and one of the most interesting and accessible icefields in North America. The Icefield covers an area of nearly 325 square kilometers and reaches a depth of 250-320 meters.
